Customer Service Ambassador
The Nigeria customer service Awards in partnership with the Chartered institute of customer relationship management shall unveil the 2015 /2016 Nigeria customer service Ambassador 0n 8th October, application is open to Nigerian to Apply for the 6 customer service ambassadors, one for each geopolitical zone such as south south, south east, south west, north west north East and North central, the responsibility for the Ambassadors shall be to seek compensation for customer that experience bad service, Identify with good customer service companies in Nigeria, organise customer service event ,partner media on the campaign for excellence customer service in Nigeria, the applicant shall go through two stage of test that will make them understand customer service to the fullest and how to canvass for it.
The winner will be unveiled at 2015 Nigeria customer service awards on 8th October within the international customer service week. The winner shall go with a well promoted media hype that will allow the 6 winners to enjoy the trust of Nigeria and assume the position of a celebrity in the field of service delivery, the winner shall feature in different television, Radio and print media to canvas for excellent customer service in Nigeria and seek redress for customer that deserve compensation, the application form is open on www.nigeriacustomerserviceawards.com/ncsa.html. Every participant for the ambassador shall also be consider for certification from the institute of customer relationship management.
